How Do I Show My ID From My Blackberry Curve?

The BlackBerry Curve allows users to surf the Internet, compose emails and, of course, make phone calls. One of the phone features is the ability to hide your caller ID. This feature can come in handy when you don’t want someone to know you are calling or to hide your phone number from unwanted return calls. However, the feature can be rude when calling friends or family. Luckily, showing your caller ID is a simple as hiding it.

Instructions

    • 1

Turn on your phone and navigate to the call log by either opening the "Phone" application or pressing the call button.

    • 2

Press the BlackBerry menu key to open a set of options.

    • 3

Select "Options" from the menu by clicking on it with the trackball.

    • 4

      Click on "General Options."

    • 5

Highlight "Restrict my Identity" and click the trackball.

    • 6

Switch the option from "Yes" to "No."

    • 7

Press the disconnect key and select "Yes" from the confirmation box that appears.
