Microsoft Outlook 2007 is one of the most popular email clients among PC users, but it also includes a calendar feature that allows you to schedule events and keep track of appointments. If you no longer want to use the calendar function or wish to clear your calendar completely, you can manually remove the contents of your Outlook calendar. Before you delete your Outlook 2007 calendar, remember that there is no way to undo this action.

Instructions

      Launch the Microsoft Outlook 2007 program on your PC computer.

      Click on the "Calendar" tab in the lower-left corner of the main Outlook window.

      Go to "View" in the top menu bar, expand the "Current View" submenu and select "By Category."

      Select the "None" option from the category list to view the contents of your calendar.

      Press the "ctrl" and "A" keys at the same time to highlight all the calendar entries.

      Press the "Delete" key on your keyboard and then confirm your decision to remove the Outlook calendar.
