How Do You Connect an iPod Touch With Nike iD?

Nike iD helps you track your workout progress on a daily basis. After each workout, Nike iD sends the information to your iPod along with feedback. Classic iPod models have to be directly connected to the Nike iD card, but this is not the case with an iPod Touch. With a few quick touches of the screen, your iPod Touch and Nike iD will be connected.

Instructions

1. Open the Settings menu on your iPod.

2. Locate "Nike + iPod" and turn it on. Return to the home screen.

3. Check for the "Nike + iPod" icon. If the icon is there, the devices are connected.
