The company offers an extended warranty plan called MaxAssurance, which can be used to repair or replace the product if it is damaged, defective or suffers normal wear and tear. You must purchase the warranty plan and register your product by phone or online.

2. Click “Register and Manage Your Warranty.”

3. Enter your user name and password to sign in. If you don’t have an account, click “Create an Account.” Follow the on-screen instructions to register. Use this site to file a claim, manage your warranty and troubleshoot any problems.
