How to Set Up Thunderbird Email
Mozilla Thunderbird is an open-source email client that can be used to send and receive mail on your computer. If you want to set up this email program, it's easy to do. You just need to know some basic information about the email account you want to check, and you'll be able to send and receive mail after a few minutes of setup time.

- Email account address
- Email account SMTP server name
- Email account POP3 server name
- Email account username
- Email account password

Download and install the Thunderbird email client onto your computer.

Open the Thunderbird email client. You will see an "Account Wizard" screen appear that will guide you through setting up your email account.

Choose the "Email account" option and click the "Next" button.

Enter the name you want to have on the email address, along with the email address itself, and then click the "Next" button.

Select the type of incoming mail server you are using and enter the name of the server. You also need to enter the name of your outgoing server, and then click the "Next" button.

Enter in your account username for your incoming and outgoing servers and then click the "Next" button.

Enter the name that you want to have displayed as the name of your email account, click the "Next" button and then click the "Finish" button.

If you don't know the account address, server names or username and password for your email account, you'll need to contact your email provider for those details.
