How to Email a Large Group
Sometimes you need to get a single message to multiple people at once. Whether it is your clients, sales force, colleagues, friends or family, group email is the most efficient way of communicating with a large group, and can save you time, and perhaps ultimately money. Every email client or online email service will allow you to easily email a large group. Decide between universal-correspondence settings like carbon copy and blind carbon copy to determine the level of disclosure among email recipients.

1
Open your email client on your computer or access your email via a web email service. Compose a new message by choosing the "Compose Mail," "Compose," or "New Message" button, or whichever is specific to the email client or web email service you are using.
-
2
Manually enter (or copy and paste) the individual email addresses of each person you would like to email in the "To" field. Separate each email address using a comma, followed by a space. Add email addresses in the "CC:" or "Carbon Cop" field if you have limits on how many you can enter in the "To" field, or to differentiate those contacts that are not directly required to participate in the conversation but should be aware of it (i.e., bosses or managers). Add email addresses in the "BCC:" or "Blind Carbon Copy" field for those who you wish not to see the other people being emailed. Optionally, email the entire group from the "BCC:" field if you would like to protect the identity of all of the contacts.

Tips & Warnings
You can create a setting in your address book to add multiple email contacts to a group, and conveniently email all of the contacts within that group rather than manually entering (or copying and pasting) each of their email addresses whenever you would like to send them an email.
