      Download the TTF files to your desktop for convenient access. If the TTF file is free, right-click it or double-click it and designate the destination as the desktop. If the TTF file is not free, proceed through the payment process and then download the file to your desktop.

      Open the Control Panel and then click “Appearance and Personalization.” Click “Fonts” to open the fonts folder.

      Right click anywhere within the fonts folder and then select “Install New Fonts.” Select the computer drive where the new fonts are. If you placed the fonts on your desktop, this is the “C” drive.”

      Check the “List of Fonts” the computer finds on this drive. Highlight the font(s) you wish to install and click “Install.”

      Wait while the fonts install and then scroll through the fonts folder to ensure you see them in the folder.
