You can easily accomplish this by copying the image to the clipboard and then opening the image in an image editor. From this point, it is a simple task to print the image as a JPEG.

Instructions

1. Ensure the image that shows on your desktop is the image you wish to print.

2. Press either “Print Screen” or “FN+Print Screen” to copy the image of your desktop to the clipboard of your computer.

3. Open an image editor. See the Tips section for an image editor recommendation, if necessary.

4. Press “Ctrl+V” to paste the image of your desktop into the image editor. The image of your desktop should open in the image editor.

5. Resize or crop the image of your desktop in whatever way you desire to get it ready to print.

6. Save the image of your desktop by clicking “Save.” Name the image and save it in a folder on your hard drive where you will be able to find it.

7. Click “Print” to print the desktop image.
