Place the plant saucer right-side up on top of the upside-down terra cotta pot.

Tips & Warnings
Customize your terra cotta pot by painting it with vines, birds or other decorations.
Create a different style of bird bath by using two pots instead of one. Put the first one upside-down, and the second pot right-side up on top of the first. Put the plant saucer inside the top pot and fill it with water.
