How to Set Up a HDD Recorder on TV

The "HDD" in "HDD recorder" stands for Hard Disk Drive. An HDD recorder is also referred to as a DVR, or Digital Video Recorder. The benefit of using a HDD Recorder is that the shows are saved to a hard drive within the unit, which eliminates the need to purchase and store extra media like VHS tapes or DVDs. Hooking up an HDD Recorder is no different than hooking up a VCR or DVD recorder.
