How to Create a Bootable CD-ROM
A bootable CD-ROM is simply a CD-ROM that has the image of a bootable floppy diskette burned onto it. These CD-ROMs must be created by software that is capable of burning ISO image files. As of 2009, Microsoft has integrated disk image burning support into their operating system. This functionality is easy to use and allows computer users to create bootable CD-ROMs in a matter of minutes.
