Instructions

1. Open OpenOffice Calc.

2. Click “File.” Select “Open.” A window will appear.

3. Select the OpenOffice Calc sheet you want to copy and then click “Open.”

4. Click “File” again and select “Save As.” A window will open.

5. Click the “Save as type” box at the bottom of the window.

6. Choose the desired format and then enter a name for the document in the “File name” box.

7. Click “Save."
