You chose that cell phone provider for a reason and you are already familiar with their plans, phones and services. Receive training once you are accepted as a cellular agent. You may be required to be a cellular agent for a short time to learn the business. After training, your cell phone provider will allow you to be a master cellular agent. Training may be provided online or at a physical location depending on where you live.
