1
Start off the letter like you would with any other letter. You will want to date it, and start with "Dear Sir/Madam", or if you choose, "To whom it may concern." It's best to fit what's best for you.
-
2
In the first paragraph, state what the person has done with your company. Let's say the name is "Kim." You can write something along the lines of Kim Doe has been with our company since 2004 as an Administration Assistant.

3
In the second paragraph, be honest on how he/she was with your company. Tell them what you're impressed by, and mention what you think their main characteristics were.
-
4
In the end, explain why they should hire this person for their company, and what they will bring to the table.
-
5
Conclude the letter with your signature, as well as contact information if you want them to contact you.

We initially began using Prescient when we needed to install a major upgrade of our Watermark imaging solution. Our VAR at that time did not have the expertise to accomplish the upgrade. They also have the expertise to switch from Filenets Watermark product to other. The fact that Prescient Information Systems is a relatively small company allowed us to develop a very close working relationship, more of a partnership like working relationship. It has been very different from other vendor/client relationships we have been in.
