How to Put DVDs on a Creative Zen Vision M

  1. Copying Video Off the DVD

      Download and install DVD Decrypter. The download link can be found in the Resources section of this article.

      Insert the DVD you wish to convert and open DVD Decrypter.

      Go to "Mode" in the menu bar and select "IFO."

      Go to "Tools" in the menu bar and select "Settings..."

      Click on the "IFO Mode" tab and go to "File Splitting." Choose "None." Click "OK."

      Click on the "Steam Processing" tab in the right panel. Click "Enable Steam Processing" and select the first video listed.

      Click the "Decrypt" button. It is in the bottom-left corner, with a DVD disc on the left and a hard drive on the right with a green arrow in the middle, pointing toward the hard drive.

    Converting the Video

      Download and install Videora. The download link can be found in the Resources section of this article.

      Open Videora and click the "Convert" button in the menu bar at the top of the window.

      Click on the "Video File" tab directly below the "Convert" button and choose "Normal Mode."

      Click "Select File" and browse to the video file you got from DVD Decrypter. The files should have a ".vob" file extension (for example: amazon_documentary_1999.vob).

      Click "Browse" to choose where to save your final video.

      Press the orange "Next" button and type in a title for your video.

      Click "Next" again and use the following settings:
      Format: New
      Video Size: Device
      Video Quality: Medium
      Enhance Quality: Off
      Audio Quality: High

      Click "Next."

      Click "Start Converting." Your video file will take between a few minutes and a few hours to finish converting, depending on the length of the video and how fast your computer is.
