1
Brush your Remy hair wig at least twice each day to remove tangling. Brush the wig each morning when you get up and each night before you go to sleep to prevent extensive tangling. You should also brush the wig before you shampoo and condition it to make sure the shampoo and conditioner are evenly spread through the wig and not caught up in tangles.

2
Wash and condition your hair when you bathe with moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Because the hair is natural human hair it needs moisturizing oils to look its best. Normally, it would receive these oils through the follicles in your scalp, but the wig does not directly connect, so you must use moisturizing products.

3
Pre-condition your Remy hair before washing. After you brush it out, apply a thin layer of conditioner and do not rinse this out before applying your moisturizing shampoo. This will help to prevent tangling during washing.
-
4
Wash, condition and rinse your hair while moving in one direction with your fingers or comb. Never bunch or tousle the hair, as this will lead to intense tangling.
-
5
Comb the hair out evenly in one direction after washing to remove any tangles.
-
6
Allow your Remy hair wig to dry completely before sleeping while wearing it. Sleeping in a wet wig will cause intense tangles that can damage the strength and beauty of the hair.
-
7
Tie your Remy hair back in a braid or a bun before going to sleep. Much like making sure hair is dry, wearing your hair tied back will help to avoid extensive tangles.
