How to Mix Pearl in Paint

Pour your preferred color of paint into a large bucket and stir thoroughly with a stick for two minutes.

Slowly begin blending in 4 ounces of pearl powder into the paint.

Stir the mixture continuously for an additional 10 minutes. Allow the mixture to rest for five minutes.

Secure the lid onto the bucket and shake vigorously for five minutes. Allow an additional 20 minutes for the paint to settle.

Prior to painting your object, test a swatch of the paint on a similar material. If it does not seem pearlescent enough, add an additional amount of powder one ounce at a time.
