How to Close a Beaded Chain

Homemade jewelry is fun to make and simple projects make thoughtful, personal gifts. Closing off a beaded necklace with a lobster clasp is an easy task to complete. Lobster claw clasps are popular for use with bracelets, necklaces and anklets because they are easier to open and close than most clasps. Lobster clasps are inexpensive and regularly stocked at craft stores and websites.
