How to Email a Business Objects Report
A business objects report is an essential piece of communication for those involved in your business, such as your boss, coworkers, or employees. Understanding how to email a business objects report allows you to email other types of reports and documents to people in your business or your personal life. Create the business objects report on your computer. You might use existing information, information you've typed yourself, or information received on a jump drive or disk.

Open the business objects report. If it is a Word document, use Word. If it is a pdf, use Adobe. If it is a .txt file or another type of document file, use your notepad to open up the document.

Use the "Save As" feature. If you have the option, save the document as a Word file, or a .doc file. Save it to your desktop, or another location you will remember easily.

Open up any email program. This can be a computer-based program, like Outlook, or a web-based program like Hotmail. Log into your email account, or create one if you do not have an email account.

Click on "new message" or "compose" depending on the type of email you are using.

Enter the email addresses of anyone who needs to receive the business objects report. This might include your boss, the accounts manager, your coworkers, or your employees.

Write a short note in the body of the email, such as "here is the business objects report." Write "business objects report" or something similar in the subject line.

Click "attach file." This is usually located underneath the area where you input addresses and subject line and above the body of the email.

Watch for the box to open up, which will allow you to "browse." Click "browse" and navigate through your computer until you find the file you are looking for. Click on it. Click "attach." Some email programs will ask you to click "OK" before or after "attach."

Wait until you have confirmation of the attachment. This will either be confirmation that pops up for you, such as a box that says "your file has been attached," or it will be a visual confirmation that you can see by looking at your message.

Click "send" to send your email with your business objects report attached to it.
