Fill the bottom of this training bag with sand or water. Refill as the water evaporates or the sand falls out.

Wipe down the bag with a disinfectant wipe after each use to remove sweat and grime.

Do not use the bag without proper gear, i.e. gloves and proper shoes or no shoes.

Use clean gear on the bag as well. Keep your gear clean by wiping it down with disinfectant wipes after each use. Do not let dirt and grime sit on your gloves.

Wipe down the base of the training bag with disinfectant wipes.

Store in a cool, moderate temperature. Extreme cold, extreme hot, or quickly fluctuating temperatures may crack the material over time.
