How to Make a Lipase Solution

Lipase is an enzyme that helps to break down fat in the body. Those who have trouble losing body fat often turn to lipase to help them shed the fat and get the body they desire. Since lipase is not naturally found in foods, you will need to find a way to get lipase into your diet such as in supplement or solution form. A lipase solution is typically used in a body wrap to encourage weight loss.

Instructions

1. Purchase lipase capsules from your local health food store or online. You can get a bottle of 30 capsules for around $15.

2. Break two lipase capsules and dissolve them into 6 cups of warm, distilled water. Mix thoroughly.

3. Soak body wrap bandages in the warm solution for at least 20 minutes, until they are completely saturated.

4. Wrap your body with the lipase solution body wraps and relax for 30 to 40 minutes. Use light stretches to promote circulation of the lipase solution. Remove the wraps and rinse the body in warm water. If done correctly, the lipase solution wrap can encourage weight loss and reduce your body measurements.
