Open the Outlook program by clicking on its icon on your desktop or by finding the program in the "Start" menu and selecting the program icon.

Click on the "Tools" button located on the Outlook toolbar. From the "Tools" menu, select the "Account Settings" option.

Click on the "New" button. In the window that opens, click on the button for the "Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP" option followed by the "Next" menu button.

Check in the next window the box that represents the "Manually Configure server setting or additional server types" option. Click the "Next" button.

Click on the "Internet E-mail" option in the next window and then click the "Next" button. The "Internet E-mail Settings" window will open.

Fill out your desired account information in the fields provided, selecting POP3 or IMAP as your account type. When you are finished, click the "Next" Button. Then, click the "Finish" button.
