How to Start Digital Certificate Manager in Windows XP

Microsoft Windows XP’s Digital Certificate Manager can be used to organize and store certificates on your computer. Digital certificates are used to prove the identity of a software vendor. For example, when you buy or download software, the accompanying digital certificate can be used to validate that the software is from the stated trustworthy source. Digital certificates are issued by trusted certification authorities such as VeriSign, Comodo, and GoDaddy.
