1
Combine your ingredients in the plastic bottle. Use a ratio of 4 to 2 to 1 for the almond oil, apple cider vinegar and sage extract. This means that if you use 4 tablespoons of almond oil, you will use 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of sage extract. Shake the mixture well to mix it up.

2
Rinse your hair. Use lukewarm water, and make sure that your scalp is clean and free of dirt and grime, which can clog hair follicles.

3
Massage the hair growth mixture into your scalp. Use the tips of your fingers, but do not scratch with your fingernails. Start at your forehead, and gradually work your way back to the hairline on the nape of your neck. Use firm pressure and circular motions to rub the oily mix into your scalp, and leave it on for 30 minutes or even overnight.

4
Rinse your hair. Remember that since you used oil, you will need to rinse very thoroughly to get it all out. Use the same massaging motion as you clean your hair with lukewarm water that you did when you were applying the oil.

5
Repeat this treatment once a day. The massage should stimulate the blood flow to your scalp, which improves hair growth, while the oils and vinegar will unclog and stimulate your hair follicles themselves.
