How to Enable Commenting in Adobe Files
Adobe Acrobat is the application used to view, edit, manipulate, secure and manage Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files. Using the full version of Adobe Acrobat, the commenting function may be enabled and comments inserted into an existing PDF file. In addition to comments, Adobe Acrobat allows the user to apply drawing markups to a PDF document for further clarification.
