How to Backup Outlook 2003

Outlook 2003 is an older version of Microsoft Outlook's popular email client. "Backing Up" your data is the idea of providing a copy of your data/work/emails, etc, where it can be safely access should your computer or software crash.

      Right click "Outlook Today" icon. It will be found in your Outlook Shortcuts menu.

      Click "Advanced" in the Personal Folder Properties menu.

      Copy the path found in the path menu. Open Windows Explorer, paste the path into the address bar, and press the "Enter" key.

      Copy the Outlook.pst file that is in the folder. Paste the file on a backup disk, or email it to yourself so you have a copy. You have now backup of your Outlook 2003 file.
