      Go to Reelclassics.com. The website is a directory with links to places where you can buy and rent film reels. No sign-up is required.

      Purchase your equipment. Scroll down to where it says "For Sale." This section will link you with companies that sell movie projectors and other equipment so that you can watch the film reels.

      Purchase the film reels. On the Reel Classics page, scroll up to the link for Modern Sound Pictures. This film reel retailer sells many reel cans, leader tape, splicer tape and storage racks, among other things. This company offers a huge library of titles available in film reel format.

      On the Reel Classics page, scroll up to the link for Film Classic. This retailer specializes in oldies, such as Charlie Chaplin, Laurel & Hardy, and The Marx Brothers to name a few.
