How to Do Bridal Hair With Flowers
Hair flowers are an alternative to veils that many brides wear on their wedding day. Hair flowers are more casual and relaxed than veils, while still providing a touch of detail in your hair. Whether you are wearing your hair up or down for your wedding day, flowers can be added into your locks moderately easily. Wearing Your Hair Down with Flowers

Wash and dry your hair thoroughly. Spray a light coat of hairspray or curl boosting spray across all of your hair.

Apply the hot rollers to your hair starting at the tips and rolling them up to your scalp. Allow the hot rollers to sit for 20 minutes before removing.

Remove the hot rollers from your hair and lightly shake your head from side to side. If you want your hair to be curled in tight spirals, apply a generous amount of hairspray to your hair immediately after removing the rollers. If you want your hair to fall in loose waves, gently comb through the curls with your fingers. When you are satisfied with the texture, apply a generous amount of hairspray across your hair.

Gently break the stems off of the flowers so that only two inches of stem remain.

Decide where you want to place the flowers in your hair. Some options to consider are one flower behind your ear or several flowers on the back of your head scattered at different lengths.

Push the stem of the flower through your hair. Pin in place using the hairpin. Use bobby pins that are similar to your hair color so that they will not show. Arrange the surrounding hair over the bobby pin so that is is covered. Apply hairspray to hold the hair and flowers in place.

Remove the rollers from your hair, taking care not to loosen the curls. Gather your hair into a ponytail and secure with a hair tie. Fold the pony tail up toward the crown of your head and form your hair into a loose bun. Secure the bun with a second hair tie.

Arrange the curls so that they are equally distributed around the outside of the bun. Hold each curl in place using a bobby pin. Use bobby pins that are similar in color to your hair. Apply a generous amount of hairspray to hold the hair in place.

Gently break the stems off of the flowers so that only two inches remain. Insert the flowers into the sides of your bun. Hold the flowers in place using bobby pins. Apply hairspray to hold your hair and the flowers in place.
