Chanel-Inspired Dog Collar
-
1
Choose a chain pet collar that is a sufficient size and thickness for your pet's comfort. Chains come in silver and gold for a more fashion-forward look.
-
2
Cut a length of ribbon about five inches longer than the collar. Weave the ribbon through the links of the collar.
-
-
3
Using a pliers, open a large jump ring and place a charm or ID tag on it. Attach the jump ring to the collar. Close the jump ring with the pliers.
Petite Pet Beaded Necklace
-
4
Measure a length of stretch nylon beading line around the thickest part of your pet's neck (near the collarbone). Add about three inches and cut the length.
-
5
String the pink crystal beads and pearls alternately until the halfway point.
-
6
Add the large accent bead at the halfway point and string the remainder of the beads. You might need to use more or fewer beads, depending on the size of your pet.
-
7
After beading, knot the end. Knot the two ends together with a double knot to finish the necklace. Cut the excess nylon and tuck the ends into the nearest beads.
-
8
Use a drop of superglue on the knot to seal it.

Tips & Warnings
Make yourself a matching bead necklace so you and your dog can be coordinated.
These necklaces are strictly for temporary fun use and should be worn only with adult human supervision. Never leave your pet unsupervised with these necklaces on them. Animals like to chew and scratch, and these beads can be a choking hazard.
