How to Convert a Picture to iPhone Wallpaper
iPhone wallpapers are background images that you can add to the opening screen on your device. Connect your iPhone to the computer using the USB cable that comes with it and launch iTunes. iTunes displays your iPhone on the left panel under "Devices."

Click your iPhone and click the "Photos" tab.

Click the "Sync photos from" check-box and select the folder on your computer that contains the pictures that you want to upload to your iPhone.

Click "Sync" to upload the pictures to your iPhone. When the process completes, right-click your iPhone under "Devices" and click "Eject." Disconnect your phone from the computer.

Tap the "Settings" icon on your iPhone and tap "Wallpaper." Tap "Photo Library." You should see a list of the pictures you uploaded to your iPhone.

Tap the picture that you want to add as your wallpaper and tap "Set." Tap the menu button to exit Settings.
