Check to see if your bag is still under warranty with the vendor you bought it from, in case you need a new handle, wheels or other part. If it's not, contact Ralph Lauren directly at CustomerAssistance@RalphLauren.com to see if they will give you or will allow you to purchase a replacement part.

Clean scuff marks on leather by buffing them with a microfiber rag applied with leather polishing cream. For canvas, dip a toothbrush in a mix of warm water and laundry detergent and scrub out stains.
