How to Connect a Workgroup PC to a Domain Printer

Log on to the computer to which the printer is physically connected.

Go to the "Start" menu, then the "Control Panel" and open the "Printers" tab.

Right click on the printer's name and select the "Share" option.

Check the box that says "Share this Device."

Reboot both your workgroup PC and the PC attached to the domain printer. You will now be able to see the printer under the "Network" menu for the workgroup PC.
