How to Stay at Disney's Pop Century Resort

If you're looking to stay at a Disney resort that won't break your budget, consider Disney's Pop Century Resort, one of the four value resorts offered right on the Walt Disney World Resort property. This 2,880-room hotel features giant icons that salute culture crazes of the 20th century, and provides shuttle services to all four parks, two water parks and the Downtown Disney area.

1. Determine when you want to visit Walt Disney World and check availability at this resort by either checking online or calling 407-939-7429.

2. When you arrive, take in the ambiance. Each section of the resort is themed to a different decade: 1950s, '60s, '70s, '80s and '90s. In the 1980s section, giant replicas of Rubix cubes and common phrases of the time period can be seen throughout. Each section is similarly themed to the trends of that particular decade.

3. Note what accommodations are available to you right on the resort property. The center building, named Classic Hall, includes the Main Lobby check-in desk, Fast Forward arcade, and the Everything Pop shop and food court.

4. Take a dip in one of the three themed pools. The main "hippy dippy pool" is flower-shaped, whereas the smaller two pools are shaped like a bowling pin and a computer monitor, respectively.
