How to Download Youtube Video For Your iPod
Although the iPod touch features a native application for streaming YouTube videos, the application doesn't allow you to download the videos and save them to your device. A number of Websites provide a way to easily download videos from YouTube to your computer. Once the video is downloaded to your computer, you must add the file to iTunes before adding the file to your iPod touch. ITunes only supports MP4 video files, so the YouTube video must be downloaded as an MP4 to work with your iPod.
