First you will need to have 1 cup of chickpeas. Boil until tender. After boiling chickpeas, put in a blender or food processor.

Add 3 tablespoons Tahina.
Crush 1 clove of garlic.
Add 1 tablespoon of Salt
Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Mix all together then put on a plate. -

Design with red pepper and cumin.
Add Olive oil and you are ready to serve Hummus!.
