How to Make Opera Skins
You can change the theme and appearance of your Opera web browser using what's called a skin. The skin of your browser is the background behind your bookmarks, buttons, address bar, status bar and so forth. Using themes, you can change the skin's design and color to reflect your mood. You can download top-rated skins, editor's picks or brand new designs from your Opera browser. Each theme is stored on your computer until you get bored of it, then you can go through the process again to store a new skin.

Click the "Find More Skins" radio button at the top of the window to download a completely new theme. You can preview each skin in the window pane to the left of the skin name to determine if you want to download it. You can enable new color schemes and special effects on these themes as well. Read the user comments as you scroll through the previews to make sure you're not downloading a theme with errors.
