      Open the PowerPoint presentation on which you'd like to create fractions.

      Click on the "Tools" drop-down menu on the top of the screen.

      Click on "AutoCorrect Options..." to open a new dialogue window.

      Select the "AutoFormat As You Type" tab.

      Place a check in the box next to "Fractions (1/2) with fraction character (½)."

      Type a fraction where you'd like on your presentation as "X/X." PowerPoint will automatically turn it into a fraction.
