How to Repair a Grave Marker in RuneScape
When your character in "RuneScape" gets killed, a grave marker will be placed at the spot where you died. Most of the items you were carrying will be dropped on the ground under the grave marker. Your character will also be sent back to your respawn location, and you will have a set number of minutes to return to the grave marker to get your items back. If you do not make it back in time, those items will disappear. Repairing a grave marker gives you more time to recover your items.

Wait for someone in "RuneScape" to get killed. Wait a few seconds for a grave marker to appear where they were. They will be sent back to Lumbridge unless they changed their default respawn location. You will not be able to see their items that were dropped--just the grave marker.

Right-click on the grave marker and select "Repair." Your character will walk to the marker and perform a short repairing animation. This will add five minutes to that person's timer to get their items back. You will get a message saying how long that person has left before their grave marker disappears.

Add the person to your friends list and let them know that you have repaired their grave marker. Confirm that they are on their way back to where you are and get an estimate of how long it will take them to get there. Continue repairing the grave marker as the timer gets low until they are able to retrieve their items.

Tips & Warnings
If your Prayer level is over 70, you can "Bless" the grave marker to add up to an hour of time to it.
You can change your grave marker by completing the Restless Ghost quest and talking to Father Aereck in Lumbridge.
If you die in certain locations, such as bounty worlds, you will not get a grave marker.
