- Apple
- Knife
- Blender
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup rose water
- Double boiler
- Whisk
- Spoon
- Jar with a lid

Cut an apple in half with a knife and remove the seeds and the core with the knife.

Cube the apple with a knife and place it into a blender.

Add the olive oil and half of the rose water to the blender.

Blend the ingredients on low until they are smooth.

Heat the blended mixture in a double boiler for about one and a half minutes to warm it through. Stir in the rest of the rose water with a whisk as it heats up. Do not cook the apple.

Set the warmed mixture aside to cool for one minute.

Spoon the mixture into a jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator. This mixture will keep for four to six days in the refrigerator.
