How to Change XP Startup Wallpaper

By default, the Windows XP startup wallpaper is a generic blue background. However, you can change this background and use an image that is more personal or creative.       Click "OK" to save the changes then click "File." Click "Exit" to close the registry. Restart your computer to verify the change. You should see the new wallpaper on the startup screen.
