1
Bend the coat hanger to resemble a diamond. Do not alter the hook on the clothes hanger because you will need it to hang the reindeer. Instead, bend the bottom of the coat hanger down toward the floor to a point until you create a diamond shape.
-
2
Stretch one pantyhose leg over the diamond shape. Start at the bottom of the coat hanger and then stretch the pantyhose leg over the coat hanger until it reaches the top.
-
-
3
Use craft wire to wrap around the top of the pantyhose to keep it in place. Wrap the craft wire around the pantyhose and then around the hanger hook. Cut off any excess pantyhose.
-
4
Trace your hands on black construction paper, using a white crayon or colored pencil. Cut out the shapes of your traced hands and glue them onto the top of the diamond to form the reindeer's antlers.
-
5
Glue two craft wiggly eyes onto the center of the diamond. These will form the reindeer's eyes, so try to keep them at least one inch apart.
-
6
Attach a red pom-pom to the bottom point of the diamond. This creates the nose for the reindeer.
-
7
Cut a long piece of red or green ribbon at least 6 inches long. Tie the ribbon in a bow around the hook to hide it.
