Cleanse your skin in the morning and at night. It is very important to wash your ski--especially at night--to get rid of any pollutants and other toxins that may have settled on your skin during the day. Use a semisoft soap to wash your face. Either rub it between your hands with a little water and apply it to your face or squeeze some of the soap onto a wet washcloth and use it to wash your face. Always apply a moisturizer after you cleanse your skin. Olive oil is a nice moisturizer that gives your skin a natural glow.

Mix a teaspoon of honey with about two tablespoons of oatmeal. Apply the mixture of honey and oatmeal to your face to exfoliate your skin, allowing it to sit on your face for ten to fifteen minutes. Rinse well with lukewarm water. Be careful not to overscrub when you remove the honey and oatmeal mixture. Do not exfoliate your face more than once or twice a week.

Apply sugar as an effective all over the body exfoliant. You can use white or brown sugar and carefully rub it all over your skin when in the shower, then rinse. Baking soda can also be used as an exfoliant when mixed with enough water to form a paste. Apply all over the body and rinse. If you ever experience any skin irritations, immediately make an appointment with a dermatologist.
