How to Install an Archos DVR

Archos makes a line of portable Internet tablets that double as digital video recorders, MP3 players and digital picture frames. The units can play movies, surf the web and capture video to an internal hard drive when attached to a docking station. Installing the Archos and docking station to a home entertainment center enables you to record digital television programming from a signal source such as cable or satellite. The docking station installs with standard component AV cables that connect in a few minutes.
