How to Edit the Data Sheet in a Chart in PowerPoint

Microsoft PowerPoint is a program in the Microsoft Office suite that allows you to create slide shows. Create a graph or chart in the PowerPoint application to display data rather than importing a separate data sheet from an Excel spreadsheet file. PowerPoint features the Microsoft Graph application, which allows you to enter and edit a data sheet that can be turned into several types of charts or graphs. If you've already created a chart in a PowerPoint document, you can go back into the data sheet at any time to edit the data.
