How to Set up AOL for DSL
In the early days of the Internet, America Online was at the forefront of the industry providing dial-up Internet service to the masses. As technology progressed, more and more users began to ditch slower dial-up speeds for faster broadband lines provided by phone and cable companies. Many users wanted faster speeds, but didn't want to ditch the AOL service. AOL reacted by adding the option to connect through broadband.
