How to Uninstall an Existing DVD Decoder
A DVD decoder is a type of computer program that allows a media playing utility on your computer to recognize the video files stored on DVD discs. Without a DVD decoder you will be unable to watch your favorite DVD movies or TV shows on your computer. If you want to remove that DVD Decoder in favor of a new version or even a new type of decoder altogether, you can do so using the Windows Control Panel.
