How to Paste a Web Page into a Word Document

When you copy contents from a web page into Word, the format may change. Microsoft Word lets you choose how contents are pasted onto your document---as formatted text (Rich Text Format), unformatted text, unformatted unicode or HTML format. If you only need to retain text, try pasting the web page as unformatted text. Your document won't include images, special formatting or codes, but only text. You may choose to copy a section or an entire page from a website.
