How to Fix Pictures Not Showing Up in Safari

Apple's Safari is a Web browser that works on Mac and PC computer operating systems and is available for mobile devices like the iPod and iPhone. Safari allows its users to create settings that make Web searches as secure as possible; however, some settings, such as blocking images from Web page, may be too strict. It is possible to fix the browser settings so the photos show up again.

      Launch the Safari browser, click "Edit" from the toolbar and select "Preferences" from the drop-down menu. A dialog window should appear.

      Click the "Advanced" tab in the dialog window and then click the "Change Settings" button next to the "Proxies" section.

      Click the "Advanced" tab in the "Internet Properties" dialog window, scroll down to the "Multimedia" section and then check the box next to "Show Pictures."

      Click the "Apply" button and then "OK" button.

      Restart your Safari browser. The pictures should now appear.
