How to Make a Homepage for Internet Explorer 7
In a Web browser, the homepage is the most important website. It is the first site displayed when the browser is launched, and it can be returned to at any time when you click the house-shaped icon at the top of the browser window. Your Internet Explorer 7 homepage should be the website that you visit most frequently. Change the homepage in Internet Explorer 7 to allow one-click access to your most frequently visited website.

Tips & Warnings
If you are on a limited Internet plan, such as with a cellular Internet provider, you may prefer that Internet Explorer not display a homepage so that you can conserve bandwidth. To do this, click the "Use Blank" button from the Internet Options window.
