How to Archive E-mails in Gmail
Gmail is a free email service provided by Google. You can sign up for a Gmail account at gmail.com, and is immediately available for use. Gmail has features that conveniently organizes emails, one of which is the archive feature. Gmail can archive and store emails up to a size of roughly 7 to 8 gigabytes. Archiving emails can be searched with the search feature in Gmail, and can be referred to at any time. Archived emails will be removed from your inbox and kept under "All Mails."

Sign in your Gmail account at gmail.com. If you don't have a Gmail account, create one by registering to Gmail.

Open the email in the inbox that you wish to archive by clicking on the email title.

Press the "Archive" button situated at the top left corner of the email to archive the email.

Tips & Warnings
To delete an archived email, open the archived email by searching it or locating it under "All Mail" and click "Delete." This will move the email to the "Trash" folder. To delete the email forever, click the "Delete Forever" button from the "Trash" folder.
